MOTION FOR PSYCHOLOGICAL EVALUATION OF PLAINTIFF The defendant, through his attorneys, hereby moves this Court for an Order requiring plaintiff to undergo a complete psychological evaluation by an independent Court appointed psychologist, such person to provide a written report to the Court and all counsel upon completion of the evaluation.
