The defendant, through his attorneys, hereby moves this Court for an Order prohibiting the plaintiff or persons selected by her, such as family members, family therapists, psychologists, child guidance counselors, and/or similar professionals, from questioning or discussing with the minor child allegations of sexual abuse until such time as the Court appointed independent psychological evaluation of the minor child is completed and the report of such evaluation has been provided to the Court and all parties, and until further order of the Court.
